We offer a 10% discount standard on all our products with a discount guarantee i.e: if you have a quotation from a different provider with a similar set up, we will give you a 10% discount over their price.
The discount only applies to products only such as videos, modules, and apps, etc.
As stated in the Company Terms and Conditions, our agreed price should not be disclosed to other companies as it is tailored to the Customer, based on their negotiations with ALPACA
The 10% discount on other quotations only applies when they are from providers based in the UK.

We want to guarantee your satisfaction where we create bespoke E-learning content for your business which is aligned to your company values and needs. This is based on the following:
A free consultation service to discuss learning needs and understand the culture of the business prior to content creation.
The right to revise products up to 3 times prior to sign off. Any more than three, you will be charged a fee that is negotiated based on workload.
Once the product has been signed off, it is assumed that you are satisfied and no further claims would be made.
Satisfaction guarantee is applicable to content (such as videos) and products (such as apps).
Ongoing unlimited support on products after delivery as long as the product remains in use, such as 24/7 email support with 2 to 3 days response time.
